▪︎What vibe can I expect? Saturdays can be hectic, but other days are usually super chill
▪︎Can I still come if I’m sick? Hell no, thanks. Please call to reschedule.
▪︎I can’t find a spot available, why?? I’m probably booked out. I work without assistance, so I cannot always double up my appointments. Use waitlist online to let me know you’d like a spot. Cancellations happen often and I can always try and find a spot for you.
▪︎Are you open during the week? Yes, alternating Wednesdays & Thursdays on request. If you can’t find a date, please contact me directly.
▪︎Can I bring my kid/pet/friends? Yes but bear in mind we have limited chairs and space available, so just check in with me first
▪︎Can I book a colour transformation if I’ve never been to the salon before? Unfortunately not until we have had a pre consultation over phone/email. Most people don’t know what to book for. Timing is important. With pre consult, I will be able to guide you.
▪︎Do you provide treatments? Yes, multiple treatment options are available.
▪︎Any homecare available to purchase?Yes, products I personally trust and recommend, from Davines, Virtue & Olaplex.
▪︎What are your payment options? Visa, Cash, and Afterpay*
▪︎Can I buy a gift card? Of course, just email me!
▪︎What if I don’t like my hair?? We are human, and sometimes things don’t go as we expected. Please call/text/email/come by as soon as possible to discuss options!
