In-salon consultation is a 15-30 mins service recommended for those who are seeking a colour change (e.g. from light to dark/light to dark), those with potentially compromised hair condition (i.e damaged, permed, recent extreme colour change, any smoothing treatment). This is your opportunity to sit down with your new stylist and go over your concerns and desired changes, as well as your current hair-care routine, your budget, and the time you may need to be in the salon for. Deposit will be taken at the time of booking in person or online.

If you wish to have a quick pre-consult before booking online, feel free to send an email detailing: 

• colour goals - what you would like or are thinking might suit you.

• any cut change (big chop?just a trim? Layers, fringe etc...)

• your actual reasonable budget: this colour might not suit your budget now and reccuring maintain appointments. Something we can discuss further later on.

Hair history - please be honest with your answers:

• any box dye in the last 5 years

• any vivid colours in the last 5 years(pink, blue etc...)

• any professional colour (dye or highlights)

• any keratin/smoothing treatment in the last 5 years

• current condition of the hair

If you could please attach some photos:

• 3 to 5 goal photos of what you have in mind. Be mindful of filters on photos. Please avoid Pinterest photos are it is filled with A.I. Try and select hair that seem closer to your natural base colour, texture and wanted length. I.e you are naturally dark, try and look for pictures with darker bases.

• + couple of photos of your current hair ; One from the top of the head so I can see your roots, one from the back so I can see your hair overall. Note: indirect daylight, NO bathroom photo please.

Nanoplasty bookings:

• do you currently have any colour (foils, tint, semi, boxdye...)

• if yes, when was the last time you had your hair coloured

• if not, do you have any intention on colouring your hair? NP does affect colours, it is important to disclose those details.

• any keratin/smoothing treatment/Nano in the last 5 years

• deposit will be mandatory to secure booking (read policy)
